Shipping Policy

We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over 100 AED. For orders below this amount, there will be a nominal charge for standard shipping. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code which you can track your package.


Returns Policy

We accept returns for valid reasons within 7 days  of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [insert contact email or phone number]. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back to us. Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.


Exchanges Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team at  [email protected]  to initiate an exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the original product back to us, and once we receive it and verify that it meets our exchange policy criteria, we will send you the new product. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team at  [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange. We may require photos or other evidence of the damage or defect in order to process the claim.

If the damage or defect is verified, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back to us. We will either issue a refund or send you a replacement product, depending on your preference.
